I built the system on myself before offering it to anyone else. The problem I see every day: professionals and entrepreneurs trapped in execution — chasing tools instead of regaining sovereignty over their time and agency over their business. That's why AIEH exists.
The roots
Studies in Cybersecurity at the University of Milan. Then the US market — from 2020 to 2024 I built sales processes for American and British companies. High-ticket closers, sales advisors, cold emails generating $24K deals. I have written two books on consumer psychology and completed the Beyond Exponential Program at Jay Abraham University.
My job was one: to take chaotic processes and make them systematic. Structures, frameworks, repeatable results. Not theory — operational architecture. This hasn't changed.
Renegade Circle™
March 2023. Renegade Circle™ Fund — a community for sales professionals. From zero to 100+ members in one year. I invent the SDR Games™, an event format where participants test themselves with live feedback from industry leaders such as Marcus Cauchi and Gabriel Lullo.
I collaborate with Justin Michael Method. Co-edited “Sales Superpowers.” Launched Renegade Formula™ as CEO. The ecosystem works — the community grows, the identity is strong, the people thrive.
But one thing was missing: the monetization architecture. The most expensive lesson of my career — and the one that gave AIEH its DNA.
Executive Performance Architects
May 2024. Everything I had learned — building ecosystems, sales processes, communities — converged at EPA. High Performance Coach for American executives. The market was the US — C-suite, decision makers, people who have no time for theories.
Take already-strong professionals and make them systematic. Frameworks, repeatable processes. Not motivation — performance architecture. And this is where I started using AI as a personal tool. As a complete sceptic.
Summer 2024
I was still at EPA when I started using AI on my deliverables. As a complete sceptic. I wasn't looking for a revolution — I was trying to save time. What happened next I didn't expect.
Everything has changed. Not the content — the process. The speed. The quality of the first draft. The time I had left to think.
The turning point
August 2024. I held my first ICCGT workshop — Identity, Context, Constraints, Goal, Task — at the Global Chamber. I explain the system: not the tool, the governance. People understand. It's the first time I've seen that reaction.
September 2024. Italian Tech Week. Between August and December the decision matures: I will focus on the market where the problem was clearest and the timing was right.
AIEH™ — AI Excellence Hub is born.
AperiAI → AI Mirror
The beginning was light. I organized aperitifs with slides on AI in Milan, via a social app. No stages, no sponsorship. A table, a Negroni, a laptop.
February 5, 2025 — AperiAI #1. First event: aperitif + basic AI training. The format works.
February 23, 2025 — AperiAI + AI Mirror. Second event. I combine aperitif and AI Mirror. Two participants of the first event are transformed into company champions. It's the signal: the soil is fertile.

The result that feels most mine
Fabio Armellini runs a €40 million manufacturing company. Before: 40 hours a month dedicated to reporting. Today: 2 hours a week — and the business plan which with traditional methods would have taken 6 months was presented to the European Commission in 2.
The system did not replace his expertise. He amplified it — and gave back the time he was wasting in the performance.

The goal is not to “use AI better.” It's finding the sovereignty of your time and the agency of your business. The system is the means. The thought — and the credit — remains yours.
