Hours without a job
The cost exists but cannot be allocated in time to correct it.
Every intervention, hour and job enters the system while work happens. You see what is missing, where it stops and what it costs — without turning your people into data-entry clerks.
Feasibility before build. First operational flow in 6–8 weeks, once scope is validated.
The real problem
When hours are allocated late, an intervention opens from the wrong site or a job remains incomplete, the owner discovers the problem too late. You do not need another software rollout. You need a short chain between work and decision.
The cost exists but cannot be allocated in time to correct it.
Photos, paper and messages pass through the office: invoicing chases work already completed.
More teams and sites should not mean more calls just to know what is happening.
First the real flow. Then the data. Only then the integration you need.
Voice, photo, a minimal form or a document: the technician records while working.
The system links the intervention, job, plate or asset, hours, status and missing data.
One readable control room shows what is open, stuck or not billable before it becomes a gap.
ERP, MES and existing apps come after feasibility proof. We do not sell a blind replacement.
Data sovereignty
When hours, jobs and interventions drive margin, you know where data travels, who can access it and which AI service processes it.
Application data, access and credentials are designed on European VPS infrastructure dedicated to the project.
During activation we define models, providers and available no-training policies for the agreed scope.
For more sensitive data we can limit calls to Zero Data Retention eligible endpoints, verifying model, cost and latency impact.
DPA, roles, retention periods and human oversight enter the scope. GDPR and the AI Act are not automatic certifications.
The effective configuration depends on the project’s data, integrations, model and contractual requirements. We define it and make it verifiable before go-live.

Feasibility demo
In 20 minutes we understand whether Control Room can connect field, data and decision without adding work to your team.
Book the demo — 20 minutes →No. Control Room™ does not replace your ERP. It makes one operating flow, currently spread across paper, photos, voice notes and messages, readable while the work is happening. ERP integration only comes when it is useful and technically verified.
No. We design the input around real work: voice, photo, a minimal form or a plate/document scan. The goal is to remove a step from the office, not move it to the field.
Yes. We define what must be visible remotely — an open intervention, hours, job, anomaly or missing field — and what remains in the existing flow.
We define the scope before activation: EU VPS dedicated to the project, a DPA and separate access controls. For AI calls we select no-training policies where available for the chosen model; for more sensitive data we can configure Zero Data Retention (ZDR) on eligible endpoints. GDPR and the AI Act are documented project requirements, not a generic badge.
The platform starts at Team €199/month for up to 8 users, Business €390/month for up to 20 and Scale €690/month for up to 40. One-time activation is €3,000–5,000 based on the flow and integrations. Before subscription we set a feasibility scope: if the critical flow cannot be built as agreed, we do not move into build.
