Does it only work with WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is the most natural entry point for the sales team, but the system can also read meeting recordings and uploaded audio files. This lets us compare what the salesperson says with what actually emerges from the deal.

Does it work with our management software (Zucchetti, Sirio, AS400)?

In the live demo and in the early phase, the CRM runs on Notion — the most flexible tool to get up and running fast. The system is then designed to integrate with your management software (Zucchetti, Sirio, AS400 or a proprietary ERP) at a later stage. That integration is not needed to hit the guaranteed results within 30 days: it comes later, once the system is already bedded in.

Who manages the system after setup?

AIEH monitors the system and manages prompt updates and calibrations. It is covered by the monthly subscription (Team €199/month, Business €390/month, Scale €690/month). You don't need any internal technician.

Where is my data? How do you handle GDPR, no-training and ZDR?

We define the scope before activation: EU VPS dedicated to the project, a DPA and separate access controls. For AI calls we select no-training policies where available for the chosen model; for more sensitive data we can configure Zero Data Retention (ZDR) on eligible endpoints. GDPR and the AI Act are documented project requirements, not a generic badge.
